Where Does This Paste Go?
Meeting ends. Someone dumps the Zoom notes into a chat window because summarizing is tedious and the model is fast. Nobody asks where the paste goes. They just hit send.
AI is the greatest tech we have for that grind. Respect it enough to label the address.
That paste is not a sticky note on your fridge. It is a carbon copy with a delivery route: vendor servers, retention rules, trainers, maybe a region you did not pick. If you cannot say the route in one sentence, you are mailing work into a fog.
We would never CC a competitor on the same notes. We do the digital version every week and call it productivity.
Cheap trick: write the data-flow sentence before the paste.

Ugly is fine. If it makes you flinch, scrub names or keep the notes where you already pay for custody.
